    Yes. Simply Send supports transactional application messages and marketing campaigns. Choose the features and sending method appropriate to your email type.

    Is there a free plan?

    Yes. Start with up to 1,000 emails per month. Features, rate limits, and starting quotas vary by plan; see the full pricing comparison.

    Do I need to use SMTP or can I use the API?

    You can use the API. SMTP is an additional option for transactional email on eligible Paid accounts, subject to activation requirements.

    Can I test emails without sending to real users?

    Yes. A sandbox workspace lets you preview simulated email events and messages in the Virtual Inbox without live delivery.

    What kind of support do you offer?
